I got a 32 and it's about 4-6" bigger than it should be. It's almost too big - I have just one hole left when buckled. Quality is good though!

I bought a belt with the skull and crossed clubs buckle. I purchased the size 40 since I wear a size 40 belt normally. However, the buckle from where it attaches to the belt measures almost 3 inches. I literally had to poke holes on the belt so it would fit. when selling the belt with that buckle, you should put a size 38 belt on it.
Love this belt! The only thing that would make this belt better is a nicer buckle.
